System requirements for operating Xycons modules

For the installation and operation of our modules, the following requirements must be met:

For the module framework and modules for shops in versions from 4.6.x.x:

PHP 7.4 / PHP 8.1 / PHP 8.2; according to the compatibility information for the respective shop version
Gambio Shop version according to the compatibility list specified for the required module
Availability of – IonCube 14.x is recommended – recursively, i.e. in all directories

For the module framework and modules for shops in versions from 3.14.x.x up to 4.4.x.x:

PHP 7.2 / PHP 7.3 / PHP 7.4; according to the compatibility information for the respective shop version
Gambio Shop version according to the compatibility list specified for the required module
Availability of – IonCube 12.x is recommended – recursively, i.e. in all directories

Check with your hoster before installation the necessary system requirements, as only then is uninterrupted operation possible.
This applies especially to the availability of the server extension IonCube in the correct minimum version. The possibly necessary installation of IonCube – if this extension is not present or not in the correct version – is not part of the scope of services of any module installation booked and is usually carried out exclusively by the hoster.
