We
connect you with a direct support contract with Gambio for a duration of 12 months; you are welcome to extend your existing support contract through us after it expires.
The booking is made under your name directly with Gambio; billing is handled through us.
Gambio is the contractual partner for support, and the support contract entitles you to the well-known support services provided by Gambio:
- Gambio software package at no additional cost
- Shop software including administration area and installation routine
- Manual in German (including installation instructions)
- StyleEdit3 for your individual shop layout
- PDF module for creating invoices, delivery notes, etc.
- 12 months of service & support
- Support via email
- Support via phone
- Access to the Gambio forum
- Access to the Gambio customer portal
- All updates and new versions free of charge
- Use of the Gambio Payment Hub
