For the execution, we need FTP access to your shop as well as an administrative account within the shop for verification and shop inspection. These details will be requested separately from you during the scheduling of the appointment. Assumptions – briefly mentioned!
For all activities performed for you, in your shop, in a copy, or on your behalf, we will naturally maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all matters encountered during our work as well as customer and business data. It is also absolutely standard for us to provide a written confidentiality agreement before starting the work.
